If you are a woman -

  • feeling ready... for something
  • gearing up to make change in your life
  • on the brink of a big shift
  • ready to EMERGE into the light
  • enjoy growth, self-care and community

Then this course is for you! We have a big opportunity every Spring to make big shifts for the rest of the year.

Working with Lauren helped me to realize that however I wake up, whether it’s amazing or horrible, that’s ok. This work is very grounding and realistic and helps me go through daily life, weeks and your months with acceptance.
— Anna Fink, Emerge participant 2017
